When it comes to the daily diet, many guys would like to eat barbeque, burgers, fries and hot chicken wings. However, those types of foods became a big problem for some of the macho men of sports radio "The Ticket." "Doing what we do, you sit a lot and you get a little doughy, or puffy as one might describe it..." said Bob Sturm, sports radio host of “The Ticket." So Sturm, and several others of the radio jocks, gave up traditional "manly" foods like wings and fries and instead opted for vegetables. Vegetables are a big part of a weight loss program created by a radio colleague.
