The $270 includes all of the supplements and informational material and recipes needed to detoxify the body for 21 days.
Is there a discount if I order more than one detox/fat loss program?
The main cost is in the supplements and paying my doctors and offers no discounts at this time. We intend on having promotional offers from time to time so make sure to revisit our site frequently.
Can I detox without the appropriate supplements?
This plan will not and cannot work without the appropriate supplements. In addition the supplements are all natural and not chemically altered in anyway.
Are these supplements the same as I could buy in the stores?
No. The supplements contained in the 21 day program are whole food concentrates which means they are 100% natural and processed at close to room temperature. These special blend products are designed to support all the known pathways of elimination, the skin, liver, colon, kidneys, lungs, blood etc... As well as to help build healthy organs that function better. Whole Food Concentrates can only be purchased through a licensed health care professional.
Why do I need the supplements? If I eat organically and whole foods, shouldn’t I get what I need from that?
The foods you are eating do indeed perform detoxification and you should feel good about that. The nutrients selected to be part of this program are specifically chosen to increase detoxification of the skin, lymph, bowel, kidneys, liver, etc... The high sulfur foods like Spanish Black Radish, Kale, Broccoli, Milk Thistle are chosen for specific clearing.
While even fasting can cause deep detoxification, a well designed food program with these whole food concentrates increases the effectiveness and smoothness of a detox.
Can my child benefit from this program?
Absolutely. If your child is at least ten years old, they can benefit from this 21 day detox program. Contact my doctors at www.georgedejohn.net before hand for a modified program.
I am breast feeding, can I use this program?
Yes you can. You will perform the program as planned, without the use of Powercleanse which are rich in herbs. This supplement can be used after you have finished breast feeding. It is always best to detoxify before becoming pregnant.
I have high blood pressure, is it safe to detoxify?
Most certainly! Some doctors have even taken their patients off of their blood pressure medication after finishing my 21 day purification program. You will find these accomplishments within the testimonial page. Please see your doctor towards the middle of the program for advice about your existing medication. DO NOT stop any medication while on this program without consulting your doctor.
I drink coffee, should I give it up while detoxing?
It is best NOT to drink coffee while on the program. If you normally have three cups per day, try to only have one and a half tomorrow then one the next and slowly take out coffee before proceeding with this 21 day program. Green tea is a great substitution, have all you want... it is great for you!
What is the best way to minimize any negative side affects while on the program?
Drink 64-100 ounces of WATER, have 1-3 BOWEL movements and SWEAT every single day you are on the program. It is best to exercise, but if you do not feel like exercising on a particular day, try to use a sauna. Do not rely on a sauna for your everyday sweating. How do I make the shakes?

Add one scoop of the Powercleanse with, one scoop of World's best protein water to your desired consistency. 20 oz. is a typical size for your shake to make it taste good.

Skinnyfiber can be added as well but only one serving of Skinnyfiber per day.

Add as much fruit as you would like, such as berries, Raspberries, Blueberries, and Blackberries taste the best. At least 1 ½ cups.

Use all of the fruit you desire in the shakes, however berries will have less sugar for faster fat loss. Especially if you’re sugar sensitive, diabetic.

If it's not sweet enough, add STEVIA (purchase at your local health food store.

If it’s still not sweet enough add 2oz of organic unsweetened apple juice.

The shakes should taste like a smoothie. If they taste bad add more of the ingredients above.

Tip for convenience; buy a stick blender, one that you put inside of a cup. This will make you life much easier.
How many bowel movements is normal while on the program?
You should have at least one to three bowl movements (BM) per day. If not, it is beneficial to try one of these: You can add a scoop of Super Seed to two shakes a day, have Smooth Move tea, or contact my doctors. You may have adrenal issues that must be addressed.
I am on day three and I have less energy and minor headaches, what should I do?
SWEAT, SWEAT, SWEAT. Sweat, drink water, and green tea. You are in a pretty aggressive phase of the removal of toxins. This should clear up within the next day or so. Sweat and flush those toxins out!
Do I need to buy organic fruits and vegetables?
Organic food is always the better choice. Remember you are trying to detoxify the body of the harsh chemicals and toxins taken in. Organic foods have a much higher nutrient content, you are enhancing all benefits by eating organic foods during these 21 days.
What do I eat while dining out during these 21 days?
Any of the approved foods listed on days 1-10 and 11-21. You will find this information in your packet once the program has been purchased. Ideally, you would want to prepare food and bring it with you, however do not worry if it is not organic, when ordering off a menu as long as you eat. DO NOT SKIP MEALS!
Can I have eggs and nuts while on the 21 day detox program?
No, do not add these into the diet until after your 21 day program. It is best to stick with the fruits and vegetables. After the 21 days are over, feel free to use free range whole eggs high in Omega 3 and begin having raw seeds and/or nuts, such as almonds. These foods, while absolutely healthy, can be the cause of allergies in some people and are best reserved to days 22 and beyond as a “re-introduction” to evaluate for sensitivity.
What do I do after the 21 days are over?
You would stick with the 11-21 day eating protocol and introduce whole eggs, (free range high in omega 3) nuts, seeds (unsalted) brown rice and oatmeal. May sound boring but read the testimonials and see how many people love the way they feel and will continue with their lifestyle change. YOU WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE BECAUSE YOU WILL FEEL SO GOOD.
